The lines are free to use however you see fit so long as you leave the names on. This means that you CAN use it for RPGs, Adoptables, Layouts, on or off of DeviantArt and with any content and edited in any way.
There's a layer in the .PSD file that has the horse, mane/tail, hooves and eyes with differing shades of grey to make it easy to select and color.
